United Interests is conducting a demonstration project with a very large family office to commercialize our soil technology on a 30,000-acre irrigated farm located on the Georgia-Florida border. A successful demonstration next year will launch this very disruptive technology and be an early source of revenue for our HoldCo. There are four refineries currently under development, located in Indiana, Florida, Oregon and Hawaii. These projects received early development capital from the principles of United Interests and our consortium partners. The balance of development capital raised through the HoldCo will be invested in multiple projects and then returned to investors as each project closes project finance.
